Saved in the hope that things will not always be this way; with a much greater expectation of redemptive-adoption. The Christian’s hopeful and patient waiting upon what cannot yet be seen, a hope that keeps the Christian from falling in love with what is seen, as well as removing the settled notion that everything is as it should be.
